Do not turn a blind eye to such behavior. Doing so places you in violation of the practice act and subject to discipline. See section, 456.072(1)(i), FS and section, 468.1285(1)(I), FS and section, 456.1285(2)
Don’t let someone else’s behavior lead to discipline on your license. Report actions that are in violation of the laws and rules regulating your profession. It is the law.
